Return & Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated 7/1/2022.
Thank you for shopping at TweLvE by Design.


If you are unsatisfied with the product that you received or if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it, although certain restrictions may apply. If you choose to return the product(s), the purchaser must contact TweLvE by Design within 14 calendar days to arrange and request approval for the return with the seller and or seller's representative. The product(s) must be returned to the seller in its original packaging. By purchasing products from the seller, purchaser agrees to the sellers Terms and conditions of sale agreement. Purchaser agrees that Seller will issue a refund to your account or provide store credit for the amount paid for the product, less restocking fees. Restocking Fees shall be, at a minimum, 15% of the purchase price of the returned product(s) including any shipping costs or overhead costs the seller may incur in relation to the returned product(s). Original shipping charges on the product(s) purchased will not be refunded to purchaser on any returned products. 

 

Return instructions
1. Contact us to request a return form and receive return instructions. You will be required to submit a form for any return.

2. Attach the form inside of the shipping box with the product you're returning.

3. Package and ship your return. Include all items from your original shipment including documentation.


Note: You are responsible for making sure that the product(s) are returned to the seller in its original condition and packaging.
 

Replacements & defects

If you purchased a product that is or becomes defective through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please contact us and we will work with you on next steps and replacement options. 

 

Lost or stolen shipment 
If your product fails to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package, please contact us.

 

Return Restrictions
Used or damaged products due to purchaser negligence cannot be returned. The term "damaged product" includes but is not limited to: damages caused by use of a product, original product packaging is torn or missing, products damaged during shipment or products damaged due to improper installation.


The Seller reserves the right to refuse any returned product at its sole discretion.

 

REFUND PROCESS
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE:

Items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order,
Items are unused, unworn (other than the purpose of trying on) and with the original tags still attached. No marks, no stains, no fur and no rips.
Items must be in their original packaging which must be in the original undamaged condition.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM BY DESIGN ITEMS. NO REFUNDS.

DIGITAL ITEM POLICY:

All sales are final on digital items. No refunds. If you are dissatisfied with a digital item, contact TweLvE by Design to discuss options.
